Returns & Exchanges

At this time With Heart is not able to offer a return or exchange on any product.

We hope to have a more liberal returns policy in the future, but for now we ask that you consider your items carefully before purchase. We are always happy to provide more information or photos of a product if requested, so ask away! We want you to be happy with your selection.

Shipping

All items are mailed out via Canada Post Lettermail or Regular Parcel (ground shipping) within 3 business days. If a faster method of shipping is required, please let us know and we'll provide you with a quote.

Currently all orders have a flat rate shipping cost based on the weight and size of the product. If you order more than 1 item at a time, your order can be combined, and we will issue you a refund via method of payment for any overpaid shipping costs.

If you live in Oakville ON or Toronto ON you also have the option to pick up your order in person at no cost.

At With Heart we believe in using the most economical shipping methods possible so that you're not paying outrageously for your items. To that end we use recycled stuffing materials such as newspapers and kraft paper in our packages. Not only is this cheap, it's also better for the environment!
